Zhuoyue Baiyifu is the first project of Zhuoyue Group's "Yi" product line, completed in 2024 and delivered on August 31 of the same year. The project covers an area of approximately 24500 square meters and has a building area of approximately 179500 square meters. It is located at the intersection of Xinqu Avenue and Jianshe East Road in Longhua District. The project consists of 4 super high-rise residential buildings, with a planned number of about 870 households. The main units have a building area of about 108 to 125 square meters and are designed for three to four bedrooms. The residential building adopts a layout of 3 staircases and 5 households, with aluminum panel curtain walls and Low-E glass on the exterior facade.
